复方红汞溶液对Ⅰ、Ⅱ度烧烫伤疗效甚佳,对皮肤、粘膜感染及创伤等也有较好的疗效。复方红汞溶液的制备:汞溴红6克,冰片5克,呋喃西林4克,肝素10单位,蒸馏水1000毫升。取汞溴红溶于适量蒸馏水中,然后取冰片,呋喃西林用加液研磨法制成混悬液,加入红汞溶液中,加肝素,加水至全量,摇匀即得。振摇后应为细微均匀的红色混悬液。用法:以消毒棉球蘸取本品涂擦创面患处。主要作用有:立即止痛、消炎、消肿、止痒。注意:①本品不宜与碘酊同用,以免产生有毒的碘化汞。②对汞过敏者忌用。
