在昌九高速公路技术改造项目中,需对原单幅桥面为人字形双向坡的中小桥梁一律通过桥面铺装调整为单向坡,以保证与改造路面的衔接顺畅,为减少改造后的桥梁恒载,在设计中大胆的在桥面铺装中使用工程级聚丙烯管材以有效消减截面效应,整体自重增加较少,对结构安全基本无大影响;从施工过程上看,工序简单易控,效果令人满意,保证了桥路衔接与交通运营安全。
