河蚌制剂痛克以0.2、0.4g/ml外用,对小鼠热板及慢性疼痛模型、大鼠光热及尿酸钠关节炎模型所致疼痛反应均显示较强的镇痛作用;对巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀、琼脂及角叉菜胶所致小鼠或大鼠足跖肿胀亦有明显的抗炎作用。经拆方比较还显示痛克的组成成分河蚌和三七也具有抗炎镇痛作用,这为痛克的组方提供了依据。
Hemo preparation Tongke was used at 0.2 and 0.4 g/ml for external use. It showed strong analgesic effect on mouse pain caused by hot plate and chronic pain model, rat photothermal and sodium urate arthritis model; Swelling of the mouse’s ear, swelling of the paws of mice or rats caused by agar and carrageenan also had significant anti-inflammatory effects. The disassembled side also showed that the composition of the pungent glycosides Hejing and Sanqi also had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, which provided a basis for the group of pungent gram.
