图书馆作为高校教育教学辅助机构,应充分利用资源发挥其职能,为培养应用型人才贡献力量。高校图书馆微信服务已成为当下一种新兴服务理念,通过微信平台可以加强图书馆与读者之间的互动交流。笔者通过研究微信的几大特点,对微信服务在高校图书馆的可行性进行分析,并研究其发展策略,同时在我校图书馆试点开放微信平台,针对用户进行调查、分析提升服务质量,进而实现创新数字化图书馆新型服务的目标。
As an auxiliary institution of education and teaching in universities, libraries should make full use of resources to exert their functions and contribute to cultivating applied talents. WeChat service of university library has become a kind of emerging service idea at present. Through WeChat platform, we can strengthen the interaction between library and reader. By studying several major characteristics of WeChat, the author analyzes the feasibility of WeChat service in university libraries and studies its development strategy. At the same time, we open the WeChat platform in the pilot of our school library and conduct investigation and analysis on users to improve service quality. To achieve the goal of innovating new services for digital libraries.
