侧墙结构是实际混凝土结构中极易开裂的部分。开裂的原因在于结构快速降温过程中很大的温度收缩。为抑制这一风险,从补偿混凝土收缩以及削弱温峰、控制降温速率的角度,在混凝土中掺入高效膨胀剂和水化调控型化学外加剂复合而成的HME-V混凝土(温控、防渗)高效抗裂剂是行之有效的方法。这一技术途径在中新苏州工业园区污水处理厂工程中得到了成功应用。
