In the 1960s, American scholar Hertzberg proposed the two-factor theory. He divides people’s needs into two factors. The theoretical circle at that time believed that human behavior depended on its needs, and human needs were divided into different levels from low to high. They were: physiological needs, security needs, social needs, respect for needs, and self-fulfilling needs. Physiological needs and safety requirements are the most basic requirements. From the double-factor theory perspective, it is a health factor. To achieve these tasks does not enable the employees to do their best. However, if they fail to do so, they will certainly be dissatisfied. The realization and satisfaction of the remaining several kinds of needs will enable the company to achieve greater development. In response, Herzberg summarizes the following points: (1) The work is challenging and meaningful; (2) There is development and use of their skills to the maximum
