目的了解公共娱乐场所麻将牌的卫生状况,为相关部门制订麻将娱乐文化管理措施提供科学依据。方法随机选取辖区内宾馆、茶庄、农家乐等娱乐场所,每家随机抽取1副麻将牌进行清洗消毒基本情况调查并对微生物指标进行检测。结果共对300家宾馆、茶庄和农家乐进行调查,每类型各100家,1周内有清洗消毒、1周到2个月内有清洗消毒、2个月到1年内有清洗消毒和从不清洗消毒的公共场所所占比例分别为3.3%、16.7%、66.0%和42.0%。细菌总数、大肠菌群、沙门菌、霉菌和乙肝表面抗原检出率分别是100.0%、65.0%、10.0%、31.7%、9.0%。结论公共娱乐场所的麻将牌使用后清洗消毒情况较差,微生物污染严重,存在较大的卫生安全隐患问题。
Objective To understand the health condition of public entertainment mahjong tiles and provide the scientific basis for the relevant departments to formulate mahjong entertainment cultural management measures.
