党的十五届四中全会,针对国有企业在管理中普遍存在的突出问题,着重强调了企业管理要创新。创新是企业活力的源泉,是企业家精神的重要内容。面对世界经济全球化、信息化和高新技术的迅猛发展,创新已日益成为一个国家、民族兴旺发达的关键因素。企业是国家创新主体的重要组成部分,创新是企业发展的持久动力,因此,企业家的创新意识和创新能力对于推动企业和全社会的创新具有举足轻重的作用。
At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, in light of the outstanding problems that state-owned enterprises have in common in their management, they emphasized that enterprise management should be innovated. Innovation is the source of vitality of an enterprise and an important part of entrepreneurship. Faced with the rapid economic globalization, information technology and high-tech development in the world, innovation has increasingly become a key factor for the prosperity of a country and a nation. Enterprises are an important part of the national innovation body. Innovation is a lasting motivation for the development of an enterprise. Therefore, entrepreneur’s sense of innovation and ability to innovate play an important role in promoting the innovation of enterprises and the whole society.
