为了适应我局林区生产建设发展的需要,大凯贮木场进行了技术改造。遵循伟大领袖毛主席关于“工业学大庆”的教导,吸取吉林省汪清林业局双联式缆索起重机的技术经验。组成由工人、干部和技术员“三结合”小组,发扬鼓足干劲,力争上游,自力更生,艰苦奋斗的革命精神。利用现有设备材料,修旧利废,自己动手,大搞技术革新,科学实验。1972年设计安装了双索纵横移动式缆索起重机。生产实践表明,收到了预期的效果,减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。
