本文以新城鸡瘟病毒（Ｎｅｗ－ｃａｓｔｌｅｄｉｓｅａｓｅｖｉｒｕｓ，ＮＤＶ）为抗原，无需佐剂协同，一次性免疫家兔，仅在一周内就制备了高效价达１：１２８０的抗ＮＤＶ抗体，从而简化了传统制备抗ＮＤＶ抗体的方法。
In this paper, Newcastle disease virus (Newcastle disease virus) was used as antigen to immunize rabbits in one go without adjuvant synergy. Anti-NDV antibody with high titer of 1: 1280 was prepared within one week, which simplified the traditional preparation of anti-NDV NDV antibody.
