对20CrMn2Mo钢渗碳淬火后,进行了接触疲劳试验,细致观察了疲劳裂纹的产生、发展和最终发生疲劳剥落的全过程,并进行了理论分析,得出了疲劳极限方程。为渗碳淬火钢齿轮的设计提供了依据。
After carburizing and quenching the 20CrMn2Mo steel, the contact fatigue test was carried out, and the whole process of the generation and development of fatigue crack and the final fatigue spalling were carefully observed. The fatigue limit equation was obtained. Carburized hardened steel gear for the design provided the basis.
