广东省江门市是“中国舞蹈之母”戴爱莲先生的祖籍故乡。5月22日,由中国舞蹈家协会、广东省舞蹈家协会、江门市文联、江门市蓬江区人民政府联合主办的“映日荷花舞坛永驻——纪念戴爱莲先生诞辰100周年”系列活动在江门市举行,旨在大力弘扬戴爱莲先生的舞蹈精神,擦亮江门作为“中国舞蹈之城”的品牌,引领江门市乃至全国热爱舞蹈的人们追忆戴爱莲先生精神,传承“人人跳”的理念,实现“人人皆可快乐舞
