The Third Congress and the Fifth Symposium of Mongolian Language and Literature Society of Heilongjiang Province were held in Harbin on December 24 and December 26, 1991. A total of 60 member representatives and scholars from all over the province attended the meeting. Heilongjiang Province Federation of Social Responsibility comrades and deputy director of Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Committee, honorary chairman Tonglaga attended and addressed.
