本文研究了以醋酸丁酯萃取磷钼杂多酸络合物的最佳条件和石墨炉的测定条件。选用含0.1%柠檬酸钠的0.3N硫酸溶液为洗涤剂,将有机相洗涤一次除去游离的钼,然后用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中钼,间接测定磷。方法简便、灵敏、准确。对于总磷和PO_4~(3-)的检出限分别为6.1×10-~(13)克和4.1×10~(-13)克。相对标准偏差为±1.9%和±1.3%。本法已用于测定饮用水和天然水中磷,结果与比色法一致。
In this paper, the optimum conditions for the extraction of heteropolyphosphomolybdic acid with butyl acetate and the conditions of graphite furnace were studied. 0.3N sulfuric acid solution containing 0.1% sodium citrate is used as a detergent, the organic phase is washed once to remove free molybdenum, and the molybdenum in the organic phase is determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to determine phosphorus indirectly. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. The detection limits for total phosphorus and PO_4 ~ (3-) were 6.1 × 10 ~ ~ (13) g and 4.1 × 10 ~ (-13) g, respectively. The relative standard deviations were ± 1.9% and ± 1.3%. This method has been used to determine the phosphorus in drinking water and natural water, the result is consistent with colorimetry.
