在牙科精密铸造中,普遍采用失蜡铸造法,一般以蜡作为铸造模型材料。但蜡型形成过程中及脱模后容易发生变形,因此国内、外不少学者,为改进模料的性质,研制了各种铸造修复用树酯,并提出了室温固化型树酯作冠、桥修复用模型材料的工艺要求。为了进一步明确铸型条件对冠、桥义齿铸造精度的影响,并从临床应用的角度分析冠、桥义齿的适合性,作者用硬质合金钢加工成型的金属冠、桥作为实验模具(图1)。
