[目的]探讨铅胁迫对苹果砧木平邑甜茶和八楞海棠的毒害机理,并比较二者耐铅性的差异。[方法]采用盆栽土壤中添加铅的方法,以平邑甜茶和八楞海棠2个常规苹果砧木为试材,研究铅胁迫对苹果砧木幼苗抗氧化物质和质膜相对透性的影响。[结果]铅胁迫导致抗坏血酸和类胡萝卜素含量下降,质膜相对透性增大。高浓度铅胁迫下八楞海棠比平邑甜茶受到的毒害更严重。[结论]铅胁迫能破坏平邑甜茶和八楞海棠体内的抗氧化物质。平邑甜茶可能比八楞海棠具有较强的耐铅毒害能力。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the toxicity mechanism of lead stress to Malus hupehensis and Leptin-begonia officinalis, and compare the difference of Pb tolerance between the two. [Method] The effects of lead stress on the relative permeability of antioxidant substances and plasma membrane in apple rootstock seedling were studied by using the method of adding lead in potted soil and taking two conventional apple rootstocks of Malus hupehensis and Radix tabaci as test materials. [Result] Lead stress resulted in the decrease of ascorbic acid and carotenoid content and the increase of relative permeability of plasma membrane. Potentilla argentea under high concentrations of lead stress are more severely poisoned than those of Malus hupehensis. [Conclusion] Lead stress could destroy the antioxidants in the body of Malus hupehensis and Radix. Pingyi sweet tea may be stronger than Leptin Begonia resistance to lead poisoning.
