汽车覆盖件成形过程复杂,单凭经验设计模具会产生很多质量问题。用专业的有限元分析软件可预测成形缺陷,进而优化设计,提高产品质量。以汽车前纵梁外板为对象进行工艺设计,并利用PAM-STAMP软件按照设定的试验方案进行成形模拟分析。根据模拟分析结果,找出潜在的成形缺陷类型及具体位置,并以消除缺陷为目标,优化工艺补充面。针对优化结果进行模拟分析,获得了成形过程中板料厚度与压边力间的变化规律,优化了参数,确定了最佳成形方案。最后,设计了拉延模并通过生产出的合格产品,验证了模拟分析的正确性与实用性。
Car cover molding process complex, die design experience alone will have a lot of quality problems. With professional finite element analysis software can predict the forming defects, and then optimize the design and improve product quality. The process design was carried out with the outer front plate of the automobile as the object, and the forming simulation analysis was carried out by using the PAM-STAMP software according to the set test scheme. According to the results of simulation analysis, identify the potential types of forming defects and specific location, and to eliminate defects as the goal, to optimize the process to add surface. According to the simulation results of the optimization results, the variation law between the sheet thickness and the blank holder force during the forming process was obtained, and the parameters were optimized to determine the best forming scheme. Finally, the drawing dies are designed and the qualified products produced are used to verify the correctness and practicability of the simulation analysis.
