我国大多数工厂的机械设备状态监测系统多是采用微型计算机加接口箱的单机系统,在某一特定时刻尚能完成某一功能,但不能将常规监测和分析诊断融于一体同时进行。而采用网络化的监测系统,可以实现对机器的监测、诊断、输出、通信等多任务并发运行,资源共享,同时掌握和综合多种信息,更全面地监测机器的状态和更准确地分析机器的故障。
Most of the factory machinery and equipment state monitoring system is the use of microcomputers and interface box stand-alone system, at a particular moment still able to complete a function, but can not be routine monitoring and analysis of diagnostic integration in one at the same time. The use of network monitoring system can be realized on the machine monitoring, diagnosis, output, communications and other multitasking concurrent operation, resource sharing, while mastering and synthesizing a variety of information, more fully monitor the status of the machine and more accurate analysis of the machine failure.
