日前,由中国就业促进会和中国劳动科学研究所共同组织的《经济发展与就业增长的关系研究》课题完成。该课题通过对国内外“经济发展与就业增长”的理论与实践研究,从多角度研究论证经济发展、结构调整与就业增长的关系,对加快转变经济发展方式中的就业前景进行分析,对在“十二五”新形势下做好就业工作提出了对策建议。课题组由中国就业促进会会长张小建担任主持人,成员由就促会专家委员会和劳科所共同组成,并邀请宋晓梧、陈全生、杨宜勇、葛延风、张车伟、董克用、卢锋、刘燕斌、党晓捷等专家进行了研究论证,其研究成果为政府部门决策提供了依据。本刊对其中主要观点进行了节选,此次刊登“十二五”经济转型中就业面临的四大挑战。
