口外力在正畸中作为一种矫形力,常常被用来抑制上颌骨的发育,对生长发育期间的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙台患者,尤其伴有上颌前突者,有较好的治疗效果。当口外弓结合方丝弓矫治器时临床效果更加满意。
Occlusal force in orthodontics as an orthopedic, often used to inhibit the development of the maxilla, during growth and development of Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ patients with malocclusion, especially with maxillary protrusion, has better treatment effect. The clinical effect was more satisfactory when the extraoral arch was combined with the arch wire appliance.
