平煤股份四矿主斜井二部猴车巷由于受四组煤共采叠加影响,原全断面封闭式拱形支护底鼓严重,反底拱被挤出破坏,导致巷道失修,不能正常使用。针对此种情况,应用了底板锚注技术对该巷道底板进行加固,通过治理,巷道变形量得到控制。通过FLAC3D数值模拟程序对锚注加固方式进行了验证,现场观测结果表明底板锚注有效地控制了底鼓和围岩变形,支护效果明显。

In response to this situation, the application of the floor anchor injection technology to reinforce the roadway floor, through the management of roadway deformation is controlled. Through the FLAC3D numerical simulation program to verify the anchor injection reinforcement method, the field observation results show that the anchor plate injection effectively control the deformation of the bottom drum and the surrounding rock, and the support effect is obvious.
