近几年,在我国筑港工程中广泛使用日本三菱重工业公司制造的 MB-70、MB-40、MB-22系列柴油机打桩锤作为水上打桩机械。小结几年来使用情况,发现 MB 系列打桩锤在打钢筋混凝土预制桩时,桩身纵裂,替打、打桩锤掉进海里。显然,发生这些问题的原因是复杂的,有打桩工艺原因;有制桩质量的原因;也有土层复杂多变的原因。笔者认为上述问题也和 MB 系列柴油机打桩锤性能有关。
In recent years, MB-70, MB-40, and MB-22 series diesel engine pile hammers made by Japan Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. are widely used as water-driven pile driving machinery in our country’s port construction projects. Summary of the use of the past few years and found that MB series pile hammer in the fight precast reinforced concrete piles, longitudinal pile cracking, hammering, pile hammer fell into the sea. Obviously, the causes of these problems are complex, there are piling causes; the reasons for the quality of piling; there are complex reasons for the soil changes. The author believes that the above problems are related to the performance of MB series diesel pile hammer.
