艾滋病(AIDS)又称获得性免疫缺陷综合征,是八十年代初世界上新发现的一种严重危害人类健康和生命的病毒性传染病。自1985年北京协和医院发现首例 AIDS 患者(外国人)以来,各地陆续开展了 AIDS 高危人群的监测。截至1991年底全国累计报告人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者708例(包括8例确诊病人)。作者为了解我省 HIV感染状况,预防 AIDS 的传入和流行,自1987年开展了对部分 AIDS 高危人群的血清学检测,现报告如下。
AIDS, also known as Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, is a newly discovered virus in the world in the early 1980s that seriously endangers human health and life. Since the first case of AIDS patients (foreigners) found at Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 1985, surveillance of high-risk groups of AIDS has been carried out in various places. By the end of 1991, 708 cases of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection had been reported nationwide (including 8 confirmed cases). The author in order to understand HIV infection in our province, prevention and control of AIDS epidemic, since 1987 carried out on some of the high-risk populations of AIDS serology, are reported as follows.
