现代护理观认为护理活动是以“人为中心”的照顾行为,故良好的护理行为应该是充满“情”的,即充满人性的关怀。而目前,中专学历的护理毕业生依然作为我国一线护理人员的主力军。故本文着眼于此,提出加强中专护理专业学生人文关怀能力的重要性,并试从学校人文课程设置、教学方法改革及创设人文环境三个方面加以探讨。
The concept of modern nursing considers nursing activities as “people-centered” care behaviors, so good nursing behaviors should be full of “love”, that is, full of humanistic care. At present, nursing graduates with technical secondary school qualifications are still the main force in China’s front-line nursing staff. Therefore, this article focuses on this, puts forward the importance of strengthening the humane care ability of technical secondary school students, and tries to discuss it from three aspects: the setting of humanities curriculum in schools, the reform of teaching methods and the establishment of humanities environment.
