氯甲喋呤(MTX)是一种抗叶酸代谢的药物,过去主要用于恶性肿瘤的治疗.近年来临床发现又有许多新用途。l类风湿关节炎(RA)有人用MTX治疗重型RA35例,方法:MTX每周一次.每次15～20mg im或po,3个月一疗程.疗程结束时症状显著改善,总有效率97％.2强直性脊柱炎(AS)有人在非甾类抗炎药的基础上加用小剂量MTX冲击治疗6例,疗程3个月至1 年.结果显效3例,有效2例,无效1例.作者认为,MTX能改善AS的症状,体征和实验室指标.
