在温度22℃,相对湿度分别为50%、55%、60%、65%和70%的环境下,测定32种贵州烤烟样品的平衡含水率以及样品中7种常规化学成分(包括烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯、钾、蛋白质)和9种糖苷结合态物质的含量(包括糖苷结合态的糠醛、2-乙基己醛、氧代异佛尔酮、3-甲基-1-丁醇、苯乙醇、苯乙酮、4-甲氧基-2-乙烯苯酚、大马酮、十八碳二烯酸)。采用简单相关分析和主成分回归分析等统计方法,研究了测得的16种化学成分与各相对湿度点平衡含水率之间的相关关系。结果表明,烤烟烟叶中总糖、还原糖,糖苷结合态的糠醛、2-乙基己醛等化学成分对平衡含水率有显著影响。通过检测烤烟烟叶部分化学成分含量可以实现其一定温湿度下平衡含水率的预测。
The equilibrium moisture content of 32 Guizhou flue-cured tobacco samples was measured under the conditions of 22 ℃ and relative humidity of 50%, 55%, 60%, 65% and 70%, respectively. Seven kinds of routine chemical components including nicotine, Total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, chlorine, potassium, protein) and 9 kinds of glycoside binding substances (including glycoside bound furfural, 2-ethylhexyl aldehyde, isophorone, Butanol, phenethyl alcohol, acetophenone, 4-methoxy-2-vinylphenol, damascenone, stearidonic acid). Using simple correlation analysis and principal component regression analysis and other statistical methods, the relationship between the 16 chemical components measured and the relative humidity point equilibrium moisture content was studied. The results showed that the chemical components such as total sugar, reducing sugar, glycoside-bound furfural and 2-ethylhexanal in flue-cured tobacco leaves had a significant effect on the equilibrium moisture content. By detecting the content of some chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves, it is possible to predict the equilibrium moisture content at a certain temperature and humidity.
