由于知识经济对职业教育人才培养目标与培养模式发生了变化,人才培养目标将发生变化,社会需要适合知识经济的人才;人才培养方式要转变观念,需要培养继续学习的能力;人才培养体系需要改进,原先的终结性教育必将为符合个体需求的终身教育所代替。所以对工学结合人才培养模式提出了新的要求:不仅传授基本的岗位知识和技能,更多的是发展自身的职业行动能力的学习。
As the knowledge-based economy changes the target and training mode of vocational education personnel training, the goal of personnel training will change, and the society needs talents suitable for the knowledge-based economy. The personnel training mode should change its concept and need to cultivate the ability of continuing learning. The system of talent training needs to be improved , The original final education will be replaced by lifelong education that meets the needs of the individual. Therefore, the combination of engineering and training personnel training put forward new requirements: not only to teach basic job knowledge and skills, more is to develop their own professional ability to learn.
