目的:选取临床上常用的30种清热中药,测定微量元素的含量,研究微量元素的含量特征。方法:采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消化,等离子体发射光谱法测定Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、K、Cr、Cd、Pb等10种微量元素的含量。结果:30种清热中药中对人体有益的微量元素含量丰富,大部分清热类中药中K和Ca含量较高,不同药物中元素含量有所差别,清热解毒中药中K、Mg含量明显高于其他中药,清热泻火类中药中Zn、Mn含量明显高于其他中药。方法的回收率在96.8%～107.3%之间,RSD小于3.06%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。结论:清热中药中微量元素的含量具有显著的特征性。 OBJECTIVE: To select the 30 kinds of heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicines commonly used clinically to measure the content of trace elements and to study the content characteristics of trace elements. Methods: The contents of 10 trace elements such as Mg, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, K, Cr, Cd and Pb were determined by wet digestion with HNO3-HClO4 and plasma emission spectrometry. The recoveries of the method ranged from 96.8% to 107.3% with a RSD of less than 3.06%, with good accuracy and precision. Conclusion: The content of trace elements in heat-clearing traditional Chinese medicine has obvious characteristic.
