被告人王宾,男,24岁,原系核工业部第二研究设计院财务处出纳员。1994年2月15日因犯贪污罪,由北京市海淀区人民检察院立案侦查,1994年4月15日侦查终结;1994年6月27日北京市人民检察分院以贪污罪将王宾提起公诉。起诉书认定王宾犯罪事实如下:被告人王宾在担任核工业部第二研究设计院财务处出纳期间,利用其掌管本单位的空白现金支票及负责到银行提款的职务便利,于1993年3月至1994年2月间,以在其掌管的空白现金支
Wang Bin, defendant, male, 24 years old, was originally a cashier at the Finance Department of the Second Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry. On February 15, 1994, he was convicted of embezzlement and filed for investigation by the People’s Procuratorate of Haidian District, Beijing. The investigation ended on April 15, 1994. On June 27, 1994, the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate imposed a prosecution against Wang Bin on the crime of embezzlement. The indictment found Wang Bing’s criminal facts as follows: Defendant Wang Bin used his blank cashier check in his unit and the post office in charge of bank withdrawals as the cashier of the Financial Services Department of the Second Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry in 1993 Between March and February 1994, with a blank cash branch in charge
