党中央提出构建和谐社会,构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,是高校落实科学发展观的内在要求。建设和谐校园不仅是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,而且对和谐社会建设具有示范和推动作用。建设高校和谐校园,要协调“四位一体”的教育关系,加强制度建设,以人为本,落实科学发展观,建设健康的校园文化,协调各要素的关系,关注弱势群体的教育,最终实现和谐校园的建设。
