研究地震发生后救援物资运输问题,在多种运输工具及多种救灾物资的前提下,建立物资运输的优化模型。以受灾点权重最大为目标,进行运输工具决策;以最小化时间和成本为目标,进行路径选择决策。运用改进的粒子群算法对模型进行求解与仿真,以证明了算法的有效性,并提供有效的物资运输方案。
To study the transportation of rescue materials after the earthquake, and to optimize the transportation of goods and materials under the premise of various means of transportation and various relief materials. Take the maximum weight of the affected area as the target, and make the decision of transport tools; make the decision of route selection with minimizing the time and cost. The improved Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used to solve and simulate the model to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm and provide an effective material transportation scheme.
