伴随着素质教育的改革,教育水平在不断的提高,其中高等教育是教育体系的重要组成部分。高职院校是高等教育的主要力量之一,对于高职教育的要求伴随着人们对教育的关注而不断的提高。现在的社会需求逐渐的偏向专业化,所以高职院校对学生的专业性培养任务也在逐渐的提高。高职院校的教师对于高职院校的教育水平有着至关重要的作用,教师的胜任能力起到了决定性的作用,本文详细的探讨分析了高职院校教师胜任能力的问题。
With the reform of quality education, the level of education is constantly improving, of which higher education is an important part of the education system. Higher vocational colleges are one of the major forces in higher education. The requirements for higher vocational education are continuously raised with people’s concern for education. Nowadays, the social demand gradually tends to be specialized, so the task of professional training of students in higher vocational colleges is gradually being improved. The teachers in higher vocational colleges play an important role in the educational level of higher vocational colleges. The competency of teachers plays a decisive role. This paper discusses in detail the problems of the competency of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
