十六大提出的新的目标和新任务,给我们今后的工作指明了方向。作为档案战线上的工作人员,一定要认真学习,深刻领会报告精神实质,扎实工作。当前要努力做好四件事:一是要认真组织广大干部职工学习十六大报告,深刻领会十六大精神,把全局干部职工的思想和认识统一到十六大报告精神上来,把智慧和力量凝聚到实现十六大提出的任务上来,真心实意把十六大精神融入到工作实践中去,围绕党的中心工作,加大解放思想力度,改变不适应发展的观念,大力倡导和弘扬创新精神,使档案工作得到更大发展。二是要坚持用马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想武装全体党员干部。“三个代表”重要思想是十六大的灵魂,是贯穿报告的一条主线。我们学习贯彻十六大精神,就要全面深入地领会“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵和精神实质,牢牢把握贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的根本要求,进一步增强贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想的自觉性和坚定性,用“三个代表”重要思想指导我们档案工作实践,在为
