我国目前积存一定数量的遗留高放废物(LegacyHLW)亟待处理,其特征之一是钠含量高(Na2O,质量分数为40%~45%,下同),限制了固化基材对废物包容量。本实验将钠的包容量作为研究内容,利用玻璃陶瓷固化工艺制备高钠玻璃陶瓷,其结晶相固定模拟锕系核素。首先设计了不同钠含量的配方,其中,Na2O为10%~30%;结晶相组分CaO、TiO2和ZrO2质量比为(12~13)﹕(9~10)﹕(7~8);Al2O3为7%~27%;SiO2为45%。熔制过程分为熔融、核化
At present, a large amount of Legacy HLW is accumulated urgently in our country.
