因型砂引起的各种造型不良和铸造缺陷,是压实造型时的一大问题,这些缺陷大多和型砂的紧实有关。为此,以往对流动性和紧实性等型砂性能进行了很多研究,并提出了各种实验方法。但造型时,除了这些型砂的性能外;压实比压,砂箱和模型的大小、形状,砂的重量等造型条件,成了决定型砂紧实状态的重要因素。因此,有必要将这些因素的影响进一步研究。
Due to sand caused by a variety of poor shape and casting defects, compaction modeling is a major problem, most of these defects and sand tightness related. For this reason, many studies have been conducted on the properties of sand such as fluidity and compaction in the past, and various experimental methods have been proposed. However, the shape, in addition to the performance of these sand; compaction ratio pressure, the sandbox and the model size, shape, sand weight and other molding conditions, has become an important factor in determining the compacted sand compact state. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of these factors further.
