八、灭吐灵对抗内脏牵拉反应吴继津报告了应用灭吐灵对抗兰尾手术时内脏牵拉反应40例,经对照,认为效果良好。观察组40例,在提取兰尾时,仅9例发生一过性胃部不适,未见恶心、呕吐及血压下降的发生。对照组40例,有15例发生恶心、呕吐、面色苍白、冷汗及血压下降,20例有恶心、鼓肠及胃部不适,仅5例无明显反应。用药方法:术前静脉注射芬太尼0.05～0.1mg,切皮前给灭吐灵10mg。灭吐灵对抗内脏牵拉反
