赣西南行署各专署、市、县、区、乡各级复员委员会:(一)本会自发出七月三十一日关于执行人民解放军一九五○年复员工作决定指示后,据各方面反映及了解的结果,固然有不少复委会积极进行工作,但尚未引起各地对此工作应有的注意和重视,特别是县、区、乡三级复员委员会组织,有不少地方至今尚未建立起来,甚至个别专署复员委员会,名义上成立了组织,但各部门没有抽出专门干部进行工作,有的连会议尚未举行。我们认为对此项工作采取这这种态度,是不应该有的。要知道军队部份复员,是任何一个国家在战争胜利之后必不可少的,中国解放战争,现已基本结束,为了争取国家财经状况基本好转,减轻人民负担,加强生产与国防建设,解放军目前进行部份复员,绝不是削弱人民武装力量,而正是为了在更加精干与坚强的基础上,发展与壮大人民解放军,任何认为军队已经无关重要的思想,与对复员工作漠不关心的态度,都是根本错误的。如果把这次复员工作做好了,不仅增强了国防建设怀今后动员参军的好影响,而且可以充实地方各项组织与生产建设中的骨干。我们为了达到上述要求,保证这次任务胜利完成,希每个干部每个群众对这次复 Southwest Jiangxi Administrative Office Demobilization committees at all levels of agencies, cities, counties, districts and townships: (1) After this Council issued its July 31 directive on the implementation of the People’s Liberation Army’s decision on demobilization in 1950, it has responded in all aspects And understand the outcome.
