(1)电路错接沥青搅拌站交流电源的电压、频率、相数和相序不正常,以及线路中存在断路、短路和漏接等现象,都会导致其各部件启动或运转不正常。(2)断路器、接触器和热继电器工作不良设备超负荷运转、热元件设定值不正确,以及热继电器触头灼烧严重或接触不良,都可能导致断路器、热继电器工作不良。接触器不吸合一般为电源不正常。除此之外,多回路所串接的联锁触点、限位开关点、热保护触点等动作异常或接触不良,也会造成接触器不吸合。
