用Kauffman’s剪叶法分别于苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期接种,ZD_(147)、ZD_(149)、ZD_(150)和ZD_(152)4份花培株系对菲律宾、日本和浙江省的强白叶枯病菌株PXO_(61)、T_1和W_1的抗性表现与抗源DV_(85)相仿,而明显优于对照种秀水11。应用M_(503)等粳型广亲和品种与抗白叶枯病籼稻DV_(85)杂交,结合花药培养技术,选择F_2代偏粳型抗性株进行花培,选育粳型抗白叶枯病品种,是一种快速、有效的籼粳亚种间白叶枯病抗性基因转育的方法。
Seedlings of ZD 147, ZD 149, ZD 150 and ZD 152 were inoculated with Kauffman’s cut leaves at the seedling, tillering and heading stages respectively. The resistances of PXO_ (61), T_1 and W_1 to Xanthomonas oryzae were similar to that of DV_ (85), but significantly better than that of the control Xiushui 11. The hybrid japonica variety M_ (503) was crossed with DV_ (85) which was resistant to bacterial leaf blight. The anther culture was used to select japonica type anti-white leaf It is a fast and effective method to transfer resistance genes between indica and japonica subspecies blight.
