在基层工作中我们注意到这样一种情况,有的支部成员在换届中,或有的党员在承诺中,为获得党员群众的信任,或为赢得选票,向党员群众作出一些承诺。然而,这些党员或干部上任后,因自身能力等原因,无法落实向党员群众作出的承诺。
At the grassroots level, we have noticed such a situation. Some members of the branch members during the general election, or some party members, promise to win the trust of party members and masses or make some promises to the party members and masses as they win votes. However, after taking office, these party members or cadres can not implement the promises they made to the party members because of their own capabilities and other reasons.
