在西方国家,随着城市现代化、乡村城市化的高速发展以及妇女纷纷就业,人类生活的一部分——商店、邮局、娱乐场所等公共事业部门一时间拥挤不堪起来。在“时间就是金钱”的现代社会里,提高办事效率,缩短排队等侯时间既是顾客的强烈愿望,也成了各行业在竞争中处于不败之地的立足之本。因此,一门新兴科学——排队统筹管理学应运而生,并在实践中得到发展。这门科学的发展使我们对顾客排队时的心理承受力有了全面的了解。
In western countries, with the rapid urbanization and the rapid urbanization of rural areas and the employment of women, public utilities such as shops, post offices and entertainment venues, which are part of human life, have been overcrowded for a time. In the modern society where “time is money”, improving service efficiency and shortening waiting time for queue are both the strong desire of customers and the foundation for all industries to remain invincible in the competition. Therefore, a new science - queue management co-ordination came into being, and in practice has been developed. This scientific development allows us to have a full understanding of the psychological endurance of customers when they line up.
