湘潭锰矿井巷工程大部分开挖在中硬(f=6~8)的灰绿色板岩和砂岩中。近几年来已广泛应用喷锚支护,而光面爆破是喷锚的基础,进行光面爆破势在必行。1980年我矿采用了导爆管非电起爆系统新技术,在井巷掘进光面爆破中进行了初步尝试,效果良好。 (一)光爆的炮眼布置巷道掘进断面为2.5×2.65米。采用直线菱形掏槽,孔深一般为1.6~1.8米,孔径42~43毫米,眼数为30~32个。周边炮眼密集系数K为:
Most of the Xiangtan manganese mine shaft and shingle projects are excavated in gray-green slate and sandstone with moderate hardness (f = 6 ~ 8).
