本文详尽地描述了病菌冬孢子萌发的过程和形态特征，并研究了各种因素对病菌冬孢子萌发的影响，结果表明在水中、室温３０～３２℃、太阳光照下、ｐＨ１６～７、氧气充足的条件下，最适宜冬孢子萌发，产生的担孢子量也最多；约２％的冬孢子休眠期约一个月，但多数冬孢子需要体眠５～６个月；冬孢子室内保存有约２年的生命力，以保存７～１２个月的冬孢子萌发率最多。
In this paper, the process and morphological characteristics of pathogenicity of teliospores were described in detail. The effects of various factors on the germination of pathogenic bacteria were studied.
