近年来,植物诊所作为一种新型农技推广模式在发展中国家得到了逐步推广和应用。笔者主要就植物诊所在国际上的建设背景、运行情况,北京植物诊所建设模式与实践,以及北京植物诊所的发展进行了展望。植物诊所推行的“处方”服务对推动植保技术服务的标准化、专业化、信息化和市场化具有重要实践意义。
In recent years, plant clinics as a new mode of agricultural extension has been gradually promoted and applied in developing countries. The author mainly gives an overview of the international construction background and operation of plant clinics, the construction mode and practice of plant clinics in Beijing, and the development of plant clinics in Beijing. The “prescription” service promoted by plant clinics is of great practical significance in promoting the standardization, specialization, informationization and marketization of plant protection technical services.
