目的为了解深圳市宝安区某医疗产品生产企业职业病危害风险及防护设施防护效果,对该企业进行控制效果评价,完善卫生防护设施,为同类行业防治职业病提供参考依据。方法通过现场职业卫生调查、职业健康检查、职业卫生检测、风险评估等方法进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、正己烷、二氯甲烷、环己酮、丙酮、丁酮、甲醇、粉尘、噪声等。检测结果显示,甲苯、正己烷时间加权平均浓度最大值分别为17.8和8.9 mg/m~3;粉尘时间加权平均浓度为1.0~3.1 mg/m~3;噪声40 h等效连续声级结果为78.1~84.8 d B(A);其他职业病危害因素均低于最低检出限。213名接触职业病危害作业工人的职业健康检查报告发现噪声禁忌证3名,未发现职业病患者和疑似职业病患者。结论该项目在确保职业病危害防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施到位和各项职业卫生管理制度落实的情况下,其职业病危害控制效果基本符合相关职业卫生法规、标准的要求。
Objective To understand the risk of occupational hazards and the protective effect of protective facilities in a medical product manufacturer in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City, evaluate the control effect of the enterprise, improve the sanitary protective facilities and provide references for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in similar industries. Methods The methods of field occupational health survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and risk assessment were used to evaluate the method. Results The occupational hazards of the project include toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, n-hexane, methylene chloride, cyclohexanone, acetone, butanone, methanol, dust, noise and so on. The results showed that the maximum time-weighted mean concentrations of toluene and n-hexane were 17.8 and 8.9 mg / m 3, respectively, and the weighted average dust concentration was 1.0-3.1 mg / m 3. The equivalent continuous sound level of 40 h noise was 78.1 ~ 84.8 d B (A); other occupational hazards were lower than the minimum detection limit. 213 occupational health workers exposed occupational health examination report found three noise contraindications, no occupational diseases and suspected occupational diseases. Conclusion The project is to ensure occupational disease hazard protection facilities in normal operation, personal protection measures in place and the implementation of various occupational health management system, the control effect of occupational disease hazards in line with the relevant occupational health regulations, standards.
