一、绪言日本住友化学、轻金属和昭和电工三家铝业公司与印度尼西亚共同在北苏门答腊建设的阿萨汉工程,总投资为4110亿日元。从签定总协议到正式开始建设以来已六年有余。现在,发电厂和铝电解厂的建设工程进展顺利。土建工程的进度已完成百分之九十以上,除铝电解厂分三期建设外,大部份车间厂房都已建成。此外,机械、电气工程的进度也完成了百分之六十以上,大部分主要设备正向各车间厂房内装运。
I. INTRODUCTION Japan’s Sumitomo Chemical, light metals and Showa Denko three aluminum companies and Indonesia jointly built in North Sumatra Assam project with a total investment of 411 billion yen. More than six years have passed since the signing of the general agreement and the official start of construction. The construction of power plants and aluminum electrolysis plants is now progressing well. The progress of civil engineering has been completed more than 90%, except for the construction of electrolytic plants in three phases, most of the workshops have been completed. In addition, the progress of mechanical and electrical engineering has also been completed more than 60%, most of the major equipment is being shipped to the workshop plant.
