本文应用凝胶层析分离获得不同年龄人晶体的低分子量晶体蛋白.结果可见:人晶体低分子量晶体蛋白主要有γ_1~-、γ_2~-和γ_3~-晶体蛋白三种.它们为单体蛋白.对于透明晶体,随着年龄的增加,γ_1~-逐渐增多,γ_2~-渐减少,而γ_3~-相对较稳定,同时三者的总量在晶体水溶性蛋白中的比例基本恒定,但在白内障晶体则都减少.合成量不同是各γ~-晶体蛋白含量变化的主要原因.γ_2~-和γ_3~-晶体蛋白在早期合成,而γ_1~-晶体蛋白则以后期合成为主。推测晶体中低分子单体蛋白在其水溶性蛋白中的比例与晶体的透明性可能有关,γ_2~-晶体蛋白的含量变化不大与其结构特性有关.
In this paper, the low molecular weight crystal proteins of human crystals at different ages were obtained by gel filtration chromatography. It is speculated that the proportion of low-molecular-weight protein in the water-soluble protein may be related to the transparency of the crystal, and the content of the γ_2 ~ -crystal protein does not vary much with the structural characteristics.
