为了探讨生物有机肥对烤烟抗病性、产量产值及烟叶内在品质的影响,在四川省9个县(市)开展了田间试验。试验结果表明,生物有机肥可促进烟株生长发育,促进烟叶落黄成熟,提高单位面积产量、产值,并提高烟草对主要病害的抗性。施用生物有机肥的烟叶还原糖、总糖含量稍有降低,总植物碱含量升高,糖碱比、氮碱比明显减小,更加接近优质烟叶常规化学成分协调性要求;施用生物有机肥的烟叶感官评吸总得分明显提高。施用微生物有机肥既能减少化学肥料的施用量,又能促进烟株生长发育,提高烟株抗病性以及烟叶产质量。
In order to investigate the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on the disease resistance, yield and yield of tobacco and internal quality of tobacco leaves, field experiments were carried out in nine counties of Sichuan Province. The results showed that bio-organic fertilizer could promote the growth and development of tobacco plants, promote the maturity of tobacco leaves, increase yield and output per unit area, and increase the resistance of tobacco to major diseases. The content of reducing sugar in the leaves of tobacco with bio-organic fertilizer slightly decreased, the content of total plant increased, the ratio of nicotine to base and nitrogen to base decreased significantly, which was closer to the coordination requirements of conventional chemical components of high quality tobacco; The total score of sensory evaluation of tobacco increased significantly. Application of microbial organic fertilizer not only can reduce the chemical fertilizer application rate, but also promote the growth of tobacco plants, tobacco plants to improve disease resistance and quality of tobacco production.
