目的探讨CA19-9检测在临床肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对450例受检者进行临床追踪分析。结果对照组肿瘤阳性率为2.56%,阳性组肿瘤阳性率为81.75%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论血清CA19-9检测对于消化道肿瘤的诊断有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the value of CA19-9 in the diagnosis of clinical tumor. Methods 450 cases of subjects for clinical follow-up analysis. Results The positive rate of tumor in control group was 2.56%, the positive rate of tumor in positive group was 81.75%, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Serum CA19-9 test for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer has important clinical significance.
