自尊是个体与外在环境互动下,不断对自身的特质、能力、想法、价值进行的评价,继而形成自觉满意的程度与感受。认为中职学生呈现的人际关系障碍、厌学、责任感丧失、自卑现象实则归因即是自尊的丧失。教师要因材施教,帮助学生自尊和谐健康发展。
Self-esteem is the individual’s interaction with the external environment, constantly on their own traits, abilities, ideas, evaluation of the value, and then form a level of self-satisfaction and feelings. It is considered that the phenomenon of inferiority, weariness and loss of sense of responsibility presented by students in secondary vocational school and the phenomenon of inferiority is attributed to the loss of self-esteem. Teachers should be individualized to help students develop self-esteem in harmony and health.
